Founder, Veronica J. Williams, M.Ed.

Veronica is a passionate educator who rejoices in helping individuals excel in academia. Her purpose in teaching and education was discovered in 2016 during her assignment as an Intervention Math Instructor at Denver Public Schools, where she transformed an unmotivated, mute and non-communicative student into a math superstar! Veronica’s fire for education has been burning since! Later, Veronica had a pleasant revelation and acknowledged she was much more driven and dedicated to helping students complete their work! She had more of a desire to help students submit a tangible, beautiful product they can be proud of, rather than teaching. Moreover, she is highly competent in this area. She recognized her capability to interpret complex instructions, organize details, devise execution strategies, and complete a high earning finished product, was stupendous. As a result, Veronica decided to transition into helping students “Get It Done!” and launched Help Me Pass.

Veronica earned a Master of Education from Howard University in Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Veronica overachieved at both institutions, successfully completing her graduate study and teacher certification program at Howard University with a 4.0, and completing her undergraduate study from Southern University’s Delores Richard Spikes Honors College. Veronica has worked in Corporate America for approximately 10 years and has a professional background in banking, merchant services, financial crimes, and FinTech, which has been attributed to her analytical thinking, superb problem solving skills, and eagerness to help others succeed. Veronica is also a Certified Life Coach and is serious about instilling confidence and self-love into others.

Her time and dedication to formal education and professional advancement has truly blessed her with the means, resources, and willingness to go forth and help all students thrive. Help Me Pass is not just a business, but her God-given purpose.
